Connect
At Trucksville United Methodist Church, community is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re looking for friendship, faith-building groups, ways to serve, or simple moments of joy and fellowship, there’s a place for you here. Below is an overview of the many ways to connect, grow, and participate in the life of our church family.
Sunday Fellowship Café
Every Sunday after worship, our Fellowship Café is open for conversation, light refreshments, and connection. It’s the easiest way to meet new people and catch up with familiar faces.
Library Events & Guest Speakers
Our church library hosts periodic events, author visits, and special speakers throughout the year. These gatherings offer learning, inspiration, and meaningful conversation. We also have a periodic book club that digs into meaningful reads and faith-centered discussions.
Fellowship Breakfasts
Held throughout the year on select Sundays after worship, these breakfasts provide an easy way to connect over a warm meal and good conversation. Free-will offering.
Community Fellowship Luncheons
Our Fellowship Group meets on the first Wednesday of each month for luncheons at rotating locations and brings people together for food, laughter, and connection. Everyone is welcome—bring a friend!
The Connection: NEPA Young Adults
The Connection: NEPA Young Adults is a community for anyone ages 18–35 living in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Sponsored by Trucksville United Methodist Church, our mission is to create a welcoming space where young adults can build authentic friendships, grow in faith, and find encouragement through life’s transitions.
We host monthly fellowship events and fun outings—including game nights, visits to pumpkin patches, holiday parties, and more. Whether you’re working, in college, figuring things out, or just looking for a place to belong, you’re invited to be part of something real. Reach out to Sarah on the group’s Facebook page HERE for more info.
