• What’s it like?

  • Worship at Trucksville UMC is warm, friendly, and rooted in God’s grace. You’ll experience meaningful music, prayer, Scripture, and a message you can apply to everyday life. People will greet you, but no pressure — you can participate at your own pace.

• Where should I park?

  • Parking is available at the Education Building across the street from the Church. There is a designated crosswalk, and high-visibility pedestrian signs are placed for further safety. There are also several handicap parking spaces at the Church on either side of the building as well as the rear parking lot of the Education Building.

• Is your building accessible?

  • Yes—there is an elevator at the right-side entrance to the church, and ushers are happy to assist with seating or accommodations. The Education Building is fully accessible.

• What should I wear?

  • Come as you are. You’ll see everything from casual clothes to more traditional Sunday attire. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

• How long is the service?

  • Most services last around 80 minutes, including music, prayer, Scripture, and a message.

• Is there something for my children?

  • Yes! Children begin the morning in worship with their families and are escorted to Sunday School about halfway through the service. Sunday School runs from 9:45am to 10:45 am in the Education Building across the street, where parents can pick them up after worship. We also offer busy bags for kids who remain in the sanctuary, and a nursery space downstairs for playtime or feeding as needed. In addition, all our Sunday School classes and children’s ministry programs follow the Safe Sanctuaries guidelines.
